Residential property acquisitions

Residential property acquisitions, across the UK.

Puescu Properties Ltd partners directly with vendors, landlords and corporate networks to acquire distressed, outdated or under-market residential property nationwide — delivering swift, chain-free exits without traditional agency friction.

Core capabilities

Direct acquisitions

We deal direct with vendors, cutting out the agent and the chain — a private, reliable cash-buying capability with no listings, no lengthy chains and no hidden agency fees.

Asset regeneration

Using a disciplined buy-refurbish-refinance approach, we target unloved, outdated or structurally neglected properties in high-yield UK markets and take them through full-scheme refurbishment back to premium housing stock.

Strategic partners

We build long-term, trust-based relationships nationwide — from portfolio landlords looking to liquidate to corporate property networks. The approach is straightforward, direct, and built on mutual trust.

How we buy

Chain-free, cash-backed, straightforward

Every acquisition is handled directly and funded with cash — vendors get certainty and speed that a traditional agency sale can't match, from first call to completion.

About us

A direct, national buyer of residential property.

Puescu Properties Ltd is a residential property acquisition company operating across the United Kingdom. We buy directly from vendors, landlords and corporate networks — no chains, no agency fees, no delay.

Our story

It started with an ordinary drive through Merseyside.

The signs of neglect were hard to miss once you knew what to look for. Boarded-up front doors, cracked window panes reflecting the dull gray sky, and roofs bowed under the weight of overgrown ivy. Houses that had once held laughter, warmth, and dinner tables were now just hollow shells, sitting completely empty while families down the road struggled to find a decent, safe place to call home.

Having already taken on the challenge of purchasing and managing three houses, the reality of the local housing market wasn't just an abstract issue — it was right in front of you. The math didn't sit right, and neither did the ethics: so many people needed a roof over their heads, yet so many properties were left to crumble into disrepair.

That was the spark behind Puescu Properties Ltd. It wasn't built to be just another real estate brand — it was founded on a simple, grounded philosophy: Buy, Fix, Restore, Return.

The vision was clear from day one. Instead of chasing quick turnarounds or glossy, superficial flips, the focus is on the forgotten houses — the ones with damp walls, outdated wiring, and structural headaches that standard buyers shy away from. Every floorboard replaced, every heating system modernized, and every brick repointed represents a direct investment of time and hard-earned capital into something meaningful.

When puescupropertiesltd.com officially opened, it marked the shift from a quiet endeavor into a true mission — a platform to track progress, showcase transformations, and connect directly with local communities and vendors.

Because at the end of the day, transforming a derelict house into a bright, warm home doesn't just clear away an eyesore on the street — it offers someone a fresh start, a secure haven, and a place to build a life. One restored house at a time, Puescu Properties set out to prove that property investment can be both a solid foundation for the future and a genuine force for good.

Straightforward dealing

We say what we mean and do what we say — clear terms and clear timelines for every vendor and partner.

Speed and certainty

Cash-backed and chain-free, so vendors get a swift, reliable exit without the uncertainty of a traditional sale.

Careful, not cautious

We back considered risks with real diligence, and move decisively once the numbers and the property both check out.

Who we work with

Vendors, landlords and corporate networks

We work with individual vendors looking for a fast, private sale; portfolio landlords looking to liquidate; and corporate networks with property to move — nationwide, direct, and on their timeline.

Privacy Notice

Last updated: July 2026

This notice explains what personal data Puescu Properties Ltd collects through this website, why, and what rights you have over it. It covers this site only, and only the ways it actually handles data today.

Who we are

Puescu Properties Limited (Company No. 17299974), registered office at 61-63 Stanley Road, Bootle, L20 7BZ, is the data controller for information collected through this website.

What we collect

The only personal data this site collects directly is what you type into the Contact form: your name, email address, and message. We don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and there's no account system or newsletter sign-up.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard technical information for every visit — such as IP address and request timestamps — as part of running the site securely. This is routine infrastructure logging, not something we access or use individually.

How we use it

We use the details you submit through the Contact form solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to correspond with you about a potential property transaction. Our legal basis for this is legitimate interest — responding to enquiries you've directly sent us — or, where the enquiry concerns a potential contract (e.g. selling us a property), taking steps prior to entering that contract. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Who we share it with

The Contact form doesn't send your details to our servers or to any third party — clicking "Send message" simply opens your own email application with a message addressed to us, the same as if you'd emailed us directly. Our hosting provider, Vercel, serves the website itself but never sees the form's contents. We don't share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to deal with it and, afterwards, for a limited period for our own records — normally no more than 24 months from your last contact with us — unless we're legally required to keep it longer or it relates to an ongoing matter.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site doesn't set advertising or analytics cookies. It uses a service worker — a browser feature that caches the site's own files so it loads faster and works offline — which stores files on your device but doesn't track you or share data with anyone.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; to restrict or object to how we use it; and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we've mishandled your data.
